CPD courses which are 'electronically supplied' must charge VAT in the country where the learner is. The VAT rate and amount will be shown in your shopping cart before checkout. The tax obligation for people buying on behalf of an organisation is slightly different, and will also be shown during checkout.
When you complete a course you will be able to print and save the certificate, and you will also have a copy emailed to you. If you misplace this, you can re-download your certificate: 1. Log in at moodle.ncl.ac.uk using the details you registered with. 2. Navigate to the dashboard on the left hand menu. 3. Select the title of the course you completed. 4. Click on Certificate of Completion and then click the Download Certificate button.
