Develop Series: Change Management
This short course has been designed for Newcastle University alumni and supporters navigating the evolving world of work. It will be particularly valuable for those experiencing professional change, exploring new career directions, leading others through change, considering further study such as an MBA, or just looking to build resilience and adaptability in uncertain times.
This series provides a natural stepping stone toward the #nclMBA, offering participants a chance to explore core leadership and strategic thinking themes that are foundational to advanced business study.

Learning Outcomes
Session 1
- Build a strategic understanding of change, informed by contemporary theories from organisational leadership and systems thinking.
- Develop reflective insight into your personal response to complexity, a key leadership attribute in MBA-level development.
