Learning Outcomes

By the end of this advanced, high tailored, 9 month training programme the participants will:

  • Have a significantly deeper understanding of the motivational, policy, and power structures and dynamics that they must navigate to successfully progress the new roles.
  • Be able to articulate their purpose, value proposition, and gains to the relevant organisations clearly and convincingly.
  • Have a clear plan forward, and supports in place to progress that plan; with experience of the key negotiation situations likely to be ahead of them.
  • Feel a new sense of clarity and confidence in their chosen career, supported by a strong sense of peer-network that will continue to act as a source of support, coaching and mentoring in the longer-term.
