Course Agenda This course introduces the fundamentals of Tai Chi Fan, emphasizing fluid motion, and the seamless fusion of weapon and body. The training progresses from basic fan manipulations to choreographed forms, making it accessible to beginners while offering depth for experienced learners.

  • Foundations of Tai Chi Fan: Proper grip, stances, and opening/closing techniques
  • Core Techniques: Swinging, fanning, striking, and blocking with precision
  • Integration of Grace and Power: Blending soft Tai Chi motions with dynamic fan actions
  • Martial Applications: Understanding the defensive and expressive aspects of each movement
  • Learning routines and rhythm coordination of Chinese Kung Fu music
