Cyber security, AI and people: Digital Oversight for School Leaders

This non technical course is designed to support staff with leadership roles in schools and trusts to manage digital risk. It will support school leaders with decision making on cyber security and AI matters. Course content will include AI opportunities and risks, organisational cyber security and governance requirements.

Learning Outcomes

Attendees will be better able to make decisions around cyber security and AI, and to develop school-specific tools for managing digital risk.

Practical outcomes:

  • Needs analysis & checklist for cyber security (or AI) policy.
  • Draft high-level incident response plan.
  • AI adoption-risk checklist based on DfE guide.
