Language and Non Verbal Communication

This course provides practical tools to help you recognise, interpret, and use non-verbal communication effectively. Over four weeks, you’ll explore how eye gaze, facial expressions, and hand gestures shape attention, interaction, and meaning.

Through short lectures, video demonstrations, readings, and experiential tasks, you’ll develop skills you can apply to improve communication in personal or professional settings. Online quizzes and discussion boards will help you consolidate your learning.

Although fully online and asynchronous, the course is designed to be interactive, with regular opportunities to apply your knowledge.
