Learning Outcomes
By the end of this advanced, high tailored, 9 month training programme the participants will:
Have a significantly deeper understanding of the motivational, policy, and power structures and dynamics that they must navigate to successfully progress the new roles.
Be able to articulate their purpose, value proposition, and gains to the relevant organisations clearly and convincingly.
Have a clear plan forward, and supports in place to progress that plan; with experience of the key negotiation situations likely to be ahead of them.
Feel a new sense of clarity and confidence in their chosen career, supported by a strong sense of peer-network that will continue to act as a source of support, coaching and mentoring in the longer-term.
