GNSS and Network RTK
In this course you will:
- Gain an overview of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)
- Discover errors in GNSS and how to mitigate them
- Study working in the urban canyon and other challenging environments
- Cover coordinate types and transformations
- Learn the principles of Network Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and best practice
- Gain an understanding of future developments in GNSS

Course Agenda
This module will be taught over three days. Content on day 1 will include: overview of GPS modes of positioning error description and distribution sources of GPS error Content on day 2 will include: how GPS modes work working in the urban environment types of coordinates datums and transformations effect of transformation type height systems Content on day 3 will include: advanced error sources Network RTK theory best practice testing Network RTK performance future developments in GNSS
