Horizon Scanning for Medicinal Products
Develop the skills to identify and analyse future medicines and prepare for their impact
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Understand the different concepts of horizon scanning (general)
- Understand the steps and influencing factors in horizon scanning (specific to medicinal products)
- Identify relevant sources for a robust horizon scan (specific to medicinal products)
- Assemble information into a context relevant output (e.g. data table, excel, policy briefing)
- Undertake a horizon scan relevant to their interest
Course Agenda
This course will be delivered over 3 sessions on the following dates:
- Tuesday 3 March 1-4pm
- Thursday 5 March 1-4pm
- Tuesday 10 March 1-4pm
