24-Form Tai Chi
The 24-Form Tai Chi is a simplified routine. Derived from traditional Yang-style Tai Chi, it consists of 24 continuous and graceful movements that embody the essence of Tai Chi — stillness within motion, softness overcoming strength, and harmony between body and mind.
Practicing the 24-Form Tai Chi helps improve balance, flexibility, and circulation, while cultivating focus and inner calm. The course emphasizes correct posture, coordinated breathing, and the integration of movement and mindfulness. It is ideal for learners of all ages, especially those who already have some basic Tai Chi experience or who are seeking improved wellness and relaxation.
A concession rate is available to all University of Newcastle University staff/students and students enrolled in any CI Chinese language course this semester.
