Eligibility Criteria
This programme is open to people and organisations based in the North East and North Cumbria, as well as those from the following organisations:
- NIHR Biomedical Research Centre (BRC)
- NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC)
- NIHR Innovation Observatory (IO)
- NIHR Research Support Service (RSS)
- NIHR Policy Research Unit (PRU)
- NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN)
- NIHR HRC in Diagnostic and Technology Evaluation (HRC)
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the module, a learner will be able to:
- Understand the role of patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) in shaping and prioritising research questions in health research.
- Apply a structured approach to generate and prioritise relevant research questions.
- Identify key stakeholders to involve in the co-production and prioritisation of research questions across different stages of research.
