Course Description

Do you know the difference between Travelling communities?

Do know the correct terminologies to use?

Do you know their barriers to accessing health services?

If not, then join us for a unique awareness seminar facilitated by Richard O’Neill a leading health campaigner and Romani elder. This session provides an in-depth and unique perspective on some of the most marginalised and misunderstood communities in Europe. Richard will provide historical, cultural and lived experience knowledge and examples of good practice in order to help those embarking on research projects with Travelling communities.

  4. Increase Confidence: Feel more confident in working effectively with Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller communities.
